Pooja freezers cum refrigerators are new in industry and are designed for maximum space saving but require better height clearance. Also available on side-by-side on request but it required more floor space. Freezer and refrigerator are housed in one external body with individual digital control system, refrigeration system and outer door. They are contemplated for a wide range of applications that required close temperature control, full access to stored specimen and chemicals are available in two versions & choose from 4 different models suitable for various applications.

REFRIGERATION & CONTROL SYSTEM
Hermetically sealed heavy-duty industrial higher capacity refrigeration system coupled with forced air evaporation and air-cooled condenser for refrigerator and for freezer cooling coils are dehydrated imported copper tubing soldered to the external side of the working chamber from all sides (both vertical side, top, bottom and back side) coupled with air-cooled condenser. Special aluminum foils placed over the copper tubing provides instant and consistent cooling throughout the surface area. Hot gas conduit prevents the freezer door from freezing. Most reliable digital controller with audio and visual alarm on high and low limits deviation. Automatic defrosting timer provided for refrigerator.
CABINET CONSTRUCTION
MOC in non-GMP interior and trays are corrosion resistance SS-304 and exterior is MS powder coated and in GMP interior and trays are SS-316 and exterior is SS-304.High density CFC FREE PUF insulation ensures absolute insulation and energy conservation. Double walled metallic insulated external door are provided with full-length gasket for proper sealing with lock and key. Inner wall of the door lining will be non-metallic. Non-conductive inner doors allow access to compartments. This minimizes the cold air loss in the unopened compartments. One porthole with rubber bush closer for validation application in refrigerator and two trays made out of SS wires and rod provided with refrigerator with adjustable shelves height. In freezer one non-adjustable tray provided. All dimensions are in centimeters

PRE-INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
Stabilized 230 V 50Hz AC single phase 20 amps power supply with MCB and proper earthing within the radius one meter from the installation. To be installed in an air-conditioned room or in a cross ventilated, dust free and clean environment with free space around (Room temperature should be below 30 deg. C. Zero level flooring and floor level drainage within the radius of one meter from the installation)
