Positive airflow system .Industrial quality cabinet construction.Extra strength CFC-Free hermitically sealed Kirloskar Copeland make refrigeration compressors selected for industrial, clinical, and scientific use.Enhanced mechanical air convection for consistency and control of temperature, and to save space, motor and air circulation fan is fitted inside the incubator to avoid extension at back.To maintain gentle airflow in the product area, a uniform air distribution system sweeps the incubator walls, thereby maintaining steadiness in environment.Found efficient heating, long-life u shaped SS jacketed heating element is provided and an automatic over temperature limit prevents excessive temperature and likely damage to the workload or equipment.Higher capacity industrial cooling system provided with hermitically sealed super performance and trouble free compressor of Kirloskar Copeland(CE approved)) coupled with air-cooled condenser and forced air evaporation using latest CFC FREE refrigeration technology. models with IQ, OQ, PQ, & DQ documentation complete with reports, calibration and test certificate.
CONTROL SYSTEM
User -friendly digital temperature controller coupled with PT-100 sensor allows user to select and set desired temperature within the range. Audio / Visual warning on high limit / low limit deviation.
CABINET CONSTRUCTION
MOC in non-GMP interior and corrosion resistant SS-304 mirror finish and exterior is MS powder coated.In GMP interior and shelves are SS-316 mat finish.Thru-wall validation port with rubber bush 2 Nos of perforated trays provided with unit.Non-conductive inner doors allow access to individual compartments, thereby minimizing cold air loss in the unopened compartments.Double walled metallic insulated external door is provided with full gasket, lock and key. The interior of the main door is made of non-conductive material and the keyed door is for improved security.The gaps between inner and outer walls are insulated with 3″(7.62 cm) thick high density CFC free PUFthat ensures absolute insulation and energy conservation.For easy mobility the unit is mounted on heavy duty caster wheels.
PRE INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Stabilized 230V 50Hz AC single-phase 15 amps power supply with MCB and proper earthing within the radius of one meter from the installation.To be installed in an air-conditioned or in a cross ventilated, dust free and clean environment with freespace around. (Room temperature should be below 30 deg.C Zero level flooring and floor level drainage within the radius of one meter from the installation.
